Grate the carrots either with a food processor or with a hand grater.
Finely chop the celery and walnuts
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and stir. That's it! As easy as Paleo Pie.
Keep on hand in your fridge for those snacky time moments and enjoy!
Notes
You could also mix a little local honey into the yogurt or coconut cream if you don't want to use stevia. It just depends on your body and if you can handle honey right now. Or try it with nothing. The berries sweeten it a little as well.
