Add remaining wet ingredients into large bowl with banana. Mix well.
Mix dry ingredients and add to wet mixture. Mix well (with a spoon)
Spoon into muffin tin lined with muffin papers
Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes
Transfer muffins to a cooling rack. Let cool.
Top with my Strawberry Frosting. Yum!
Notes
I used stevia in this recipe which I think tastes great and makes them low sugar. If you're opposed to stevia you can use ¼-1/2 cup honey according to how sweet you want them.
