  • turkey
  • clarified butter or ghee
  • herbs (rosemary, thyme, sage)
  • lemon
  • Celtic Sea Salt
  1. Follow the directions on your turkey for temperature and baking time.
  2. Rub it with clarified butter or ghee instead of vegetable/olive oil, so your turkey will brown nicely. Butter is heat stable. It's molecular structure will not turn toxic with high levels of heat as does vegetable or olive oil. Make sure if you use butter to get clarified butter.
  3. Sprinkle bird with salt.
  4. Instead of filling with stuffing. (made separately) Fill with fresh herbs like rosemary, thyme and sage and also lemons
  5. Remember to baste!
